Don’t Step the White Tile cheats, tips, hints, and walkthroughs for this challenging and addictive game! Ayumu Kinoshita’s Don’t Step the White Tile might just be more fun and simple than Flappy Bird. The title couldn’t be more explicit: Don’t step on the white tile. Just don’t. That’s it, that’s the game. Available for free on all Android and iOS devices, including iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone, Don’t Step the White Tile is a maddening enterprise, but well worth the download. Not as fleet-footed as you thought? No problem, Cool Apps Man has the Don’t Step the While Tile cheats and hints you need to succeed!
My experience with Don’t Step the White Tile has been, at best, perplexing. It’s not that it isn’t enjoyable. On the contrary, the game has that same seductive, siren-song quality that most popular games seem to share, the kind that keeps you coming back for more even when you’re bleary-eyed and suffering from migraines.
Perhaps what’s perplexing is the game’s layout. A collage of Japanese characters, sharks, and obscure, oddly beautiful English instructions, the game can be a bit incomprehensible from time to time. As I mentioned earlier, the gameplay itself is simple: guide a pair of disembodied feet across a tiled surface as fast as you can by tapping on all of the black tiles as they come into view. However, when it comes to choosing between the three different games you can play (“TimeAttack,” “LongRun,” and “StoppingJust”), things start to get lost in translation. It took me a few play-throughs to actually understand what the distinctions were between all three, and I didn’t really see the point of them once I figured it out. The game would probably benefit from limiting its scope to one type of game, preferably TimeAttack, as it’s the most substantial of the three.
For all of its confusing elements, Don’t Step the White Tile is definitely worth the absurd amount of time you’ll spend playing it. Get your friends to download it and compete to see who can get the highest score! S Greek says
I find longrun to be the most fun and addictive. My best score so far is 144 black tiles. Staying relaxed and not focusing too much is key to doing well.
