use to work awsome but they updated it so the free version is really slow! and then theirs the paid versions. Im not going to pay for this upgrade because it seems they really just downgraded the free version and on my mac when im downloading my music it slows down my whole computer. Use to be the best program ever till they wanted me to pay for it and slowed down the free version.

Scott, I totally agree. I upgraded and since then it is the slowest downloader and it also doesn't work most of the time. I told everyone I knew who had a Mac to use it and now I wish I hadn't. Has anyone found a substitute? Please let me know.

Yep, It WAS great and told everyone about it. It is terrible now, doesn't even work and you have to upgrade and pay.. Crap!!

Hi, I used the free downloader too, and it worked great for a few months. Then I had to install a new version, and since then it hasn't worked at all. Does anyone know why??? Or is it just a scam to make you upgrade?

Fastest YouTube Downloader is a SCAM. I upgraded to the 29.95 paid version in January. I was sent an email with a registration code to enter. I entered it, hit the OKAY button, and the app was supposed to restart and install the upgrade but it didn't. I emailed them several times about that problem, and they never replied. Then in June my VISA account was debited another 6.95 by Fastest YouTube Downloader. Then last week on the 29 of July I got another 29.95 charge on my VISA. Now the bank will have to delete that VISA account and gissue a new card to me. Avoid Fastest YouTube Downloader like the plague. Its a scam. They are total ripoff artists.

I agree. I paid $20 for the "Professional" version of this program.... and then when I got a new computer there is no way to put the key in again..... I sent an email back to the address that originally sent the key code and of course it's a no reply. There is no website, no support, no contact information. So now I have to use the Free Version - which is LOUSY - does pixelated downloads. THUMBS WAY WAY DOWN TO "fastest youtube downloader" YOU PEOPLE OWE ME MONEY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

DO NOT BUY FASTEST YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER ITS A SCAM! I bought the professional version & it wont work. They never sent me a product key... & now when I launch the program it says "Basic Version installed" Upgrade to Professional or Gold version! After they took my money from my account & I've tried repeatedly to contact them but they never reply!
