Flying Bieber is finally here, and we have all the tips, hints, and cheats you need! If you thought Flying Cyrus was the true heir to the Flappy Bird throne, think again. With its slow jam swag and hilarious soundbites, BeakerApps’ Flying Bieber reinvigorates the Flappy genre with some much-needed parody. No, you aren’t directing an intoxicated Bieber through various traffic hazards while dodging texts from Selena Gomez, but it’s the next best thing. We promise. Flying Bieber is available for free on all iOS devices, including iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone. If you’re having trouble keeping your stunner shades on, read on: we have all the Flying Bieber hints and tips you need to be the teen sensation you were always meant to be.
Unlike the disappointing Flying Cyrus, Flying Bieber is actually worth the considerable amount of time you’ll probably spend playing it. This isn’t to say that the game redefines what it means to be flapping through an obstacle-filled void. You’re still tapping to flap, developing stress-related coronary problems, and wasting away in front of a small, pixelated window — but this time, you’re doing it with class. Seriously, you’ve never played a Flappy game this smooth before.
It’s the soundtrack that does it. The game features slow and sexy R&B jams that will bring you back to those Usher-themed dances in 8th grade where you awkwardly grinded with the best friend of the person you really wanted to dance with. If that isn’t enough to hook you in (and really, it should be), this game also has plenty of laughs. BeakerApps picked some amazing soundbites to play throughout the game. Beat your high score? Bieber will congratulate you with a gleeful “Yeah, I’m a beast.” Clear an obstacle? Soft whispers of “Swag” will drift from the phone’s speakers. You can’t ask for anything better.
Funny elements aside, the game has some pretty smooth mechanics. It doesn’t feel as awkward or as jumbled as the rest of the Flappy Bird spinoffs. Biebs responds well to the tap of the thumb, so he’s relatively easy to control. Flying Bieber also feels less frantic than some of the more difficult Flappy games. You will still lose way more than you want to, but it wont feel as aggravating. For these reasons, and many more, we highly recommend you give this game a download.
