Specifically, you like to eat words that are printed on crackers, because crackers are delicious and so is reading! (Rovio says they're cookies, but that's clearly untrue.) Swipe the words hidden in each pile of crackers to collect them and make other words in 60 seconds or less. You start with access to a number of categories, like first names, fruits & vegetables, and household items. Reach expert levels to earn coins, which you can use to buy different categories...or just trick out your monster avatar with sick accessories and shapes. Word Monsters Cheats #1: Work High

• No, we're not talking about controlled substances. Look at the tall cracker towers first before straining your eyes in the lower rows.
• Paring down these columns first will simplify the puzzle and make it easier to spot other words later.
• Also, working low puts you at risk of removing letters you might need later.

Word Monsters Cheats #2: Think Big

• Another great way to make the puzzle simpler is to look for words that take up entire columns.
• In the example above, "Cabinet" takes up a full column. The sooner it's removed, the sooner you can get important letters next to one another in the bottom.

Word Monsters Cheats #3: Check the Middle

• Once you've exhausted your possibilities on the top and vertically, look horizontally in the middle. Words here will help you make others when they're gone.
• In the given example, you need to swipe the word "lemon" in the middle row. Only then will you be able to make the vital "kiwi" and "melon" to progress.

Word Monsters Cheats #4: Move Methodically

• It's all too easy to get caught up in worrying about the clock, but that can cause you to make a big mistake and mis-swipe.
• If you start with the letter before a word or end with the letter after it, the game will make you re-swipe. This will cost you valuable seconds. Don't think about being speedy, think about being accurate.
• Once you have played for a while, you'll develop a knack for the length of words. Speed will come naturally to you then. Don't try to force it.

Word Monsters Cheats #5: Plan Ahead

• It's vitally important that you look ahead to see what words you will need to spell later. If you can't make more words, the level will end, and your shame will be with you forever.
• In silver and gold levels, it will be impossible to see all of the words you need to make in any given puzzle. Still, try to think two or three moves ahead.
• This will become easier as  you become familiar with what words the game uses for a given category. Play single player games before challenging your friends to increase your Word Monsters vocabulary.

Word Monsters Cheats #6: Use Boosters Wisely

• After installing, you'll begin your rise to monster fame with ten cookies, which can purchase boosters. Boosters will give you a hint, freeze the timer, or both.
• Conserve your cookies. Only use boosters when you really need them. The hint booster is of much less value than the freeze booster, since the amount of time you get is more than enough to find what you're looking for.
• Cookies can be purchased, but it's better (and more fun) to snag them by getting achievements. Try playing lots of different categories to unlock more cookies.
