Red Bit Escape Cheats and Hints
Red Bit Escape cheats, walkthroughs, tips, and hints for this fantastic new game! Developed by the same people who brought you Splashy Fish and Haunted Manor, Red Bit Escape walks the line between simple and difficult gameplay with absolute grace. It's an easy concept to grasp: you're a red square who pissed off the wrong group of blue squares, and it's your mission to keep away from them as long as you can. Sound manageable? Good luck. This game is no walk in the park. Lucky for you, we have all of the Red Bit Escape cheats and hints you need to dodge those blue squares. In recent months, the most successful games have been the simplest ones, with game designs whittled down to bare-bone essentials. Red Bit Escape is no exception. Using your thumb (or whatever your finger of choice may be), you drag a red square around the confines of a large blue square. There are only two rules: you can't touch the walls of your prison and you can't touch the roving band of tiny blue squares that share the space with you. That's about as basic as a game gets these days. But by focusing less on the "story," Red Bit Escape really enhanced its gameplay and design. While dragging a red square around a screen may sound dull on paper, it's an entrancing experience. Probably because this game is so difficult. After the first few seconds, things get pretty hectic, with blue squares ricocheting off the walls and zeroing in on your location. Lasting five seconds or more will feel like a sincere accomplishment, but probably not enough to satisfy you. This is because each time you lose somehow feels like an accident, like something you could correct if you play just one more time. And you will find yourself playing again and again -- if not for the challenge, then for the game's smooth neon beauty. It's a real treat to spend some time in this game's glow, with tons of bright visual candy for your eyes to delight in. Make sure to play with headphones, as this visual component is paired with a dreamy, interstellar soundtrack that's easy to get lost in. All and all, Red Bit Escape's got that special something we at Cool Apps Man love to see in the mobile games we play. You don't feel like you're just playing a game on a cellphone, but really and truly experiencing something. Definitely give this game a download. You wont regret it. If you run into any challenges (and you will), then read on. Cool Apps Man has compiled a list of Red Bit Escape cheats and hint to help you out.
Red Bit Escape Tip #1
- The first thing you want to do is either drag your square straight down or down and to the left.
- While the path of the squares is impossible to predict as the game progresses, the beginning is always the same. There will always be a space for you to move down or down and to the left.
- For this move, you don't want to drag the square too far. You should be making a small movement, nothing drastic.
Red Bit Escape Tip #2
- Wait for the blue squares to come to you.
- It's hard to predict the direction each of the squares is going to take, so try not to move preemptively.
- Move only when the squares get closer and it's clear exactly where they are going to end up.
Red Bit Escape Tip #3
- The less you move, the better off you'll be.
- Try to pick an area and stay there, making minor adjustments only when threatened.
- Reducing your area will reduce your chances of being hit. It's easier to lose track of the blue squares when moving all around the board.
Red Bit Escape Tip #4
- If you're looking for a good spot to make camp, try one of the square's sides.
- Staying near a side is an easy way to give yourself some perspective and trace the trajectory of the other squares.
Red Bit Escape Tip #5
- Another great spot to rely on is the middle of the square.
- Like the sides of the square, staying close to the center is a good way to, if you'll excuse the pun, center yourself.
- Be wary, though. The center can get pretty hectic from time to time.
Red Bit Escape Tip #6
- Whatever you do, don't make camp in the corner of the board. You will lose.
- It may seem like a snug and safe place, but it isn't. Staying in a corner is the easiest way to trap yourself.
