When you first boot up the game, take a look at the list of levels. This will give you a sense of the kind of game you’re about to play. You’ll see that there are 16 stages in each level. But here’s the kicker: you don’t need to solve all 16 to advance. You only need 12 correct answers to unlock level 2. You can also jump around in the level instead of going in order. This makes it much easier to save your reward coins. When you start a new level, go through the images and answer all the stages you know off the top of your head. Then you can start on the tougher problems.

For every right answer, you get 30 coins. You’ll also start off with a bank of 1100 coins as a buffer. You’ll need them sometimes, since hints are expensive in this game! Removing a single incorrect letter costs 50 coins, and revealing part of the answer costs 100. That means it won’t take long to get your money back, but these hints aren’t very helpful.
