Good Hoppy Frog players will get a feel for these to know when it's the right time to jump. After a while, making snap judgments on when to jump will become second nature. Know When to Parachute Hoppy Frog can parachute when you hold your finger to the screen. This will make him fly a lot farther. However, just because this frog can parachute doesn't mean he should. Flying too far and missing platforms is as much of a death sentence as falling short of them. The Grey Clouds Are Not Your Friends Grey clouds fall when Hoppy Frog sits on them. Move off of these as quickly as possible to avoid being eaten by a fresh water shark. Those sharks are secretly escaped government bio-weapons! Don't Wait Too Close to the Bottom Even if Hoppy Frog does not fall into the water, he can still lose the game. Lingering towards the bottom of the screen can give the shark time to catch up and snatch you out of the air.
