Offensive Tips
Tip #1: Drop the quarterback back to view all your options for a receiver.
- Once you hike the ball, bring your quarterback away from the line of scrimmage so you can see all the receiver options that might be open. This will give your quarterback much more room to make a pass.
Tip # 2: Run the ball if your receivers are all occupied.
- If your receivers are all covered by a defenseman, it is better to run the ball than to throw a pass that likely will not be caught. Either run the ball with the quarterback or hand it off to a running back.
Tip #3: Playing an easy team?
- If you are playing an easy team and are on offense, don’t rush through the plays. The longer a play lasts, the more hits you can get with your players, which ultimately means more XP for leveling up.
