Flow Line– Flow Line the new, simple (like really simple. Almost as simple as the top line in the title picture above) puzzle app game from BitMang for the iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android. Flow Line by BitMango has inspired other similar games from Yoero, Appestro, Chuslab, and even a second addition to Flow Line by BitMango as well as others, and did CoolManApps mention, it is really “simple”? Well…sort of. It gets a bit more complicated as users progress to more advance levels.
Users are given a 5×5 grid with four different colors (2 blue circles, 2 yellow circles, 2 green circles, and 2 red circles), which are spread out in random boxes on the grid. The main object of the game is for users to connect circles of the same color, but the lines must not overlap another color. And for the most part, users will find Flow Line very easy. But if users don’t and they still find themselves stuck on the same level, well–that’s just embarrassing. They even have a “finger tip” that makes users aware of how many taps it will take to connect the dots. Yeah, seriously; It’s that simple.
But just because it’s simple doesn’t mean that users should bother playing–or even downloading, for that matter. It’s definitely worth downloading and playing–especially if you’ve beaten all of other reviewed games, and BitMang has created enough levels to keep users busy and test out their puzzle skills: 4 Regular Mode versions (150 levels each), 3 Easy Mode versions (150 levels each), 2 8×8 Mode versions (150 levels total), 2 9×9 Mde versions (150 levels each), and…finally, 2 Tablet Mode versions (150 levels each). And if that’s not enough–apparently it wasn’t–BitMang created Flow Line Branch. Yes, a sequel. And one that does not fail, either.
But we digress. Where were we? Oh, yes!
So, users will receive (unlike the amount of levels BitMang gives, they’re stingy with the amount of coins a user receives) 1 coin for every level beaten, but only if they beat it within the given amount of “finger tips” provided. Coins may be used to obtain hints (the light-bulb icon), but when you first load the game you receive five free hints. And while BitMang is being very generous (more generous than with the coins for every beaten level), you won’t be needing those hints. We have faith that you can beat every level all on your own. Don’t let us down.
