Brave Bird, developed by Sanguo Tech, is a Flappy Bird-type side scrolling adventure for all iOS devices, including iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad! There have been many imitators since Flappy Bird's departure from the App Store, but Brave Bird is likely the closest Flappy Bird equivalent yet! In Brave Bird, almost all of the goals are similar to Flappy Bird, but your score is based off of how many coins you collect rather than how many pipes you fly through. Luckily, the spaces between the pipes are small, so there is little chance that you will miss any coins! Jump at the lowest point between pipes.

• Time your jumps for when your Brave Bird is at the lowest point between pipes.
• This makes the likelihood of your bird hitting the top pipe is significantly lower.
• However, be sure not to wait too long, or else you will hit the bottom pole and lose the game!

Brave Bird Tip #2. Play long enough until you get a rhythm going.

• Getting a high score in Brave Bird is based largely on developing your own rhythm.
• Play a few rounds just to get a feel for Brave Bird's mechanics, without worrying about getting a high score.
• You be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you will understand how high the bird jumps, when to jump, and how to best pass through pipes!

Brave Bird Tip #3. Don’t try to cut corners when coming out from between two pipes.

• There are often two pipes in succession with spaces that are far apart.
• Bringing your Brave Bird from a low point to a high point or vice-versa is challenging.
• For the most part, you will have enough time to make the next gap.
• Don't jump prematurely, before you are out of the previous pipe! You will likely hit the top pipe and lose.
• Also, don't hold off on a tap when passing through a high pipe just to try to reach a low pipe! You will likely hit the bottom pipe and lose.

Brave Bird Tip #4. Worry about pipes first, coins later.

• The spaces between pipes in Brave Bird are small.
• This makes passing through pipes harder, but it also ensures that you can't miss a coin!
• Don't worry about collecting coins, and keep your focus on passing through pipes. The coins are just a distraction.

Brave Bird Tip #5. Tap with patience.

• Often times a double tap isn’t necessary, and will only throw your bird off-course.
• Tap methodically to keep your bird in the air, and only tap to jump through pipes when your bird is at the lowest point.
