Resource Tips:
Tip #1: Using Campaign Mode
- Campaign Mode is a great way to get resources when you are first starting out. The missions will likely be easier than yards that you will face in invasion mode, and it is a great way to quickly get enough resources to build up a solid backyard and army.
Tip #2: Using Invasion Mode:
- Once you think you have a sufficient base and a solid army, start to take on other players in Invasion Mode. It costs 10 goo to play a match, but if you win, the rewards will be much greater than in Campaign Mode. See if you can conquer a few bases with 100% destruction, and keep track of how many monsters you lost to see if it was worth it. If it was, then keep on conquering.
Tip #3: Goo is the most important resource.
- While yes, all resources are important, goo can be said to be the most important because it is used to make monsters. With good amounts of goo, you can pump monsters out from the hatchery and quickly replenish your losses from invasions. Use goo to make monsters, invade other yards, and ultimately get a bunch of all the other resources.
