Gipnetix Games, the innovative game developers behind 100 Doors 2013, 100 Doors of Revenge, and other escape room games, are making gamers (such as ourselves) impatient over how long it is taking to update new levels for the most hyped about game on iTunes and Google Play. But it seems like the people over Gipnetix Games have two other games they’d rather update and build on–with one of them being ‘4 Pics.’
On March 8th, 100 Doors 2013 posted on their Facebook page that they would have new updates “available in 2 hours!” And while they may have added a few new levels, on that same post, they were advertising their new game ‘4 Pics.’ So at this point, it’s safe to say that Gipnetix Games is trying to now venture in to the hit craze that is the ‘pic-word’ quiz games. Which may not be such a bad idea, especially since all have become pretty popular in the app world–with 4 Pics 1 Word by LOTUM GmbH ranked number 4 in the App Store, and What’s the Picture by Itch Mania ranked number 5 on Google Play.
However, “4 Pics” hasn’t been as successful as some of the other ones available But, in all fairness, it was just released March 11th. It’ll probably pick up a lot in the future.
And that’s not all! While Gipnetix Games has left all of us hanging on level 79 when it comes to 100 Doors of Revenge, they’ve already begun advertising the newest 100 Doors game to hit the market on Facebook. 100 Door Codes, which is not under the Gipnetix Games brand, but instead Meeko Apps, is receiving some favorable reviews right now on the Google Play store (average 4 star rating). And from what we can see, a way more colorful brand of levels–in comparison to all the dark and gloomy levels we’ve played in the past.
But all of us are still left wondering, “When will I have the satisfaction of knowing that I beat ‘100 Doors 2013’ and ‘100 Doors of Revenge’?”
