It’s a great week for trivia games, apparently. One of the popular ones this week is Pokemon FunBlast! Trivia, a game that tests player knowledge of what may well have been one of their favorite childhood cartoon shows.
Pokemon FunBlast! Trivia is set up into four different categories:
- Bet Big, which requires players to bet a certain amount of virtual dough on answering a question. Answering it wrong makes the player lose the amount of money they bet, and answering it correctly awards them the amount of money they bet. The smallest bet amount gradually increases over time, though, so be careful how much you put down on which questions you answer.
- Go Fast, which gives players 30 seconds to answer a question, and there are ten questions total. There’s nothing fancy about this category in particular, it’s pretty much the standard way to play a trivia game.
- Trivia Fun, which is a no-time-limit style round. Ten questions, and each question is worth ten points. This is the style for the more relaxed trivia player.
- Go Millionare, which is the “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” style of game. Each question earns the player an amount of money, and if things get too hard they can use two different lifelines to help them out.
There aren’t any pictures, and the questions are oftentimes repeated. The repeating questions make for a somewhat bland game, so it doesn’t score very well with us.
